Yakkin’ at the bar
I was gonna apologize for taking so long to make this comic, but I’ve honestly atoned for every sin I’ve ever committed with the amount of work I put in this comic. However, at the risk of tooting my own horn, I think it turned out pretty bitchin’. Unfortunately, my scanner, really, really did not do the original justice. It messed up the colors like you don’t even know, picked up details you can’t see in the original and sort of fudged things that I actually wanted to be visible. Still, even the scanned version is pretty good I think. Man. I was all super pumped after finishing it up, but the scanned version brought me down a bit. Ah well. Can’t win ‘em all, and I still think it looks pretty good even on the computer. I’ll have to see if the public libraries around here have better scanners.
Sorry no comics for like a week, just with this guy and all. I for sure swear that updates are gonna be back on track now, I think including the big friday comics, which are way less work to produce than this comic, despite being way longer.
Well, I’m off to draw Wednesday’s comic! It will be incredibly refreshing to just draw the comic, then ink it, then color it in photoshop, rather than draw it, ink it, trace each bit, paint, cut all the pieces out, and then arrange and glue them all together.
